For three full days, Titan ICT’s WA & QLD business leaders analysed, energised and strategized as a cohesive team at the company’s head-office in Perth.
Being the first on-site strategy meeting in 3 years (due to Covid) the team took full advantage of this valuable face-to-face session to develop a carefully planned business strategy for the next 1-2 years. Staff and business development were central to discussions along with strategies to enhance service delivery to our valued client-base. Key topics such as leadership, smart mining and managed services were also addressed.
The meeting was a perfect mix of serious brainstorming, strong coffee and a good dose of light-hearted fun and team building, making the meeting an all-round success. Also in attendance at the meeting, but not pictured here, were Mike Ryan and Ana Rivero. Thanks to all those who attended and made the gathering such a success.
