Chris Hiscox, our senior technical officer and he’s the man behind building many of the communications components and systems that Titan ICT delivers to its clients. Chris shares his tips on ‘how to’ take on a successful crimp on a N-type connector. He’s no stranger to a crimping having done 1000s of these (we’re not kidding).
“While a somewhat finicky process, it’s important to get it right the first time,” explains Chris. “The N-Type connectors are single use only so if you get something wrong, you can throw the connector in the bin and start again.”
