Overview

Titan ICT is providing managed services for a data communications network for one of our valued clients. Our Support and Managed Services team provides preventative maintenance and operational support in the form of Huawei Co-Care support, underpinned by an ITIL-based service management and governance model.

Duration of service provision

Titan ICT has provided ongoing Support and Managed Services to this project since May 2023.
