Women in Technology WA (WiTWA) Conference 2022
The Women in Technology WA Inc. (WiTWA) 2022 conference was a great experience for some of Titan ICT’s professional women who were lucky enough to attend the event. A whole array of topical issues were addressed during the various presentations including diversity, security and sustainability within the tech industry. Women from many cultures and professional backgrounds shared their successes and struggles in what remains a male dominated industry.
Fortunately, Titan ICT is an engineering company that’s becoming increasingly diverse from both a cultural and gender perspective. This is evidenced by the growing number of females being employed by our company. We have a truly awesome band of females with an incredible range of skills and talents, critical to the successful operation of the company. Unfortunately, not all could be in attendance, so we’d like to give a shout-out and sincere thank you to every woman that dedicates their working life to Titan ICT.
Even within Titan’s small group of female attendees, we had incredible diversity including an engineer, project support professional, human resource manager, ICT consultant/business systems analyst, quality manager and digital marketing professional.
For International Women’s Day, we’ll be shining the spotlight on Titan’s female workforce and we look forward to telling you a whole lot more about their strengths and talents that make an invaluable contribution to our company in so many ways. Watch this space!
