Project Overview

Titan ICT was approached to develop a study that assessed the Digital Land Mobile Radio Market and then recommend a specific technology solution and transition strategy. Wagga Wagga City Council had mandatory mobility solution requirements based around a Mandown GPS Enabled Locating Service. Following successful completion of requirements definition and determination of the implementation strategy, Titan ICT has been subsequently engaged to manage the construction and commissioning of this solution. This has provided a unique opportunity for the ICT team to improve delivery skills from concept definition through to the delivery of complete solution.
