Mike has been involved in Information and Communications Technology engineering for over 24 years and established Titan ICT Consultants in 2003.

With a specific focus on project management, strategic planning and contract negotiations, Mike has been involved in numerous large-scale projects including: undertaking Due Diligence for IP1 (Amcom) for the Perth to Melbourne long haul optic fibre and transmission project; developing a framework for Chevron to assess the feasibility of Optic Fibre and bandwidth ownership structures for its Gorgon gas project on Barrow Island; and financial, Scope, Schedule auditing for a multi-million dollar communications upgrade for Rio Tinto.

Keith Wright

Keith Wright

Principal

Keith is an ICT professional who has been involved in the global telecommunications market for more than 40 years, with his expertise covering R&D, design, manufacturing, project and operations. During this time Keith has held both leadership and strategy roles across a diverse range of industry sectors including defense, R&D, telco carrier and service providers, oil and gas, transport and mining.

Keith has worked in R&D/Manufacturing roles for wireless technology manufacturers through his association with Transcom and UniLab and has an exceptional understanding of Telco’s through his role as COO of NewTel an ASX and NASDAQ listed carrier.

His extensive industry experience includes close involvement with major projects such as the North Rankin A Gas Platform, Burrup DomGas and LNG projects with Woodside Petroleum/Shell, SANTOS’ Jackson Oil Fields Project in Queensland, and in the UAE and QATAR with Etisalat, Adma Opco and QGPC. Keith has also spent more than 15 years in the mining sector working with Rio Tinto Iron Ore, Hamersley Iron and Robe River Iron Associates in both operational maintenance/project and corporate communications infrastructure strategy roles.

Christer Mathisen

Principal Project Manager

Christer has recently been involved in a number of significant projects principally the Telecommunications and electronic systems for the $50B Gorgon LNG Project and the ICT systems for the West Pilbara Iron Ore project owned by API.

Christer has extensive global experience working in the telecommunications industry for over 27 years. His experience is design, implementation and project managing of larger telecommunications project and over the last years he has mainly focused on project managing larger telecommunications projects within the oil & gas and the mining industry.

Michael Ryan

Principal - Queensland ICT Manager

Michael has over twelve years industry experience and has a sound understanding of Titan’s project work and business practices having been with the company since 2004. He was appointed Principal – Queensland Operations in 2012.

Michael has comprehensive experience in System Design for Radio and Transmission Systems and Enterprise Architecture. He has been involved in numerous communication system projects throughout various stages including concept and strategy definition, detailed design, provision, commissioning, documentation and handover.

Recent project work includes the development of enterprise architecture framework and IST strategy for the Rio Tinto Simandou Project involving documenting business vision and requirements, capability assessments on existing architecture and determining the target architecture in delivering a roadmap for the implementation of proposed applications and technology. In addition, he was Engineering Manager for the Definitive Feasibility Study of the API optical fibre and microwave radio communication backbone and support infrastructure. 

Michael holds a Bachelor of Electronic and Communication Engineering, is a Prince 2 certified practitioner and TOGAF qualified.

James heads up Titan ICT’s Sydney operations. As Lead Consultant and a subject matter expert in communications solutions architecture, and radio and wireless technologies, James has an intimate understanding in the design and deployment of communications system with an emphasis in LTE technology.

James fosters collaborative partnerships sharing his technical knowledge and comprehensive experience in the telecommunications industry. With a career traversing several countries including: Australia, Brazil, India, China and the USA in diverse lead technical roles, James has acquired practical skills in the configuration and operation of LTE networks across multiple vendors, solution design and system integration. He brings a wealth of knowledge and his passion for the technology to any LTE engagement.

Greg is an Information and Telecommunications Engineering professional with a career spanning twenty-five years. He also has significant experience in business planning and corporate management having been involved in a number of start-up and ASX-listed companies. 

Greg thrives and excels in the fields of technology migration and business change, with his main focus being in the development, design and application of new technologies for commercial gain whether in existing or new businesses. He also has extensive experience in Cloud infrastructure and communications.
