It’s an exciting time for us as we experience organic growth. As a result, we are currently seeking experienced and committed Senior Business Analyst to work in our project teams on a diverse range of projects.


Demonstrating experience in a background of supplying ICT services into a professional, mission critical environment to ensure optimal workflow, the successful candidate will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Analyse current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Create detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams to facilitate clear communication with development teams and other stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance business operations and performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, potential risks, and changes in scope.


Your skills and experience will include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a client focussed environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques is a plus
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Broad understanding of IT communications, infrastructure, and application domains within a mission critical environment
  • Ability to write technical specification and / or requirement documents appropriate for release as part of formal market engagements such as tenders.
