Titan ICT has been engaged by Metro Trains Sydney for the provision of managed services for MTS’ Sydney Metro North West data communications network. Titan ICT provides preventative maintenance and operational support in the form of Huawei Co-Care support, underpinned by an ITIL-based service management and governance model.
